Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We will arrange for an exchange or refund of any item in a saleable condition, provided you have the original receipt or proof of purchase (till slip), the item has not been worn and the tag is on (excluding technology products, refer to policy below)
All products, excluding technology products RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it;
- Have the garment tag attached, or be in the original packaging;
- have the receipt or proof of purchase (till slip).
REFUNDS
Where a purchased product cannot be exchanged, we will inspect it and if the refund is approved by the merchant, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If the refund is done to a card account, you will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
